Shaligram Cloth
Shaligram cloth is a cloth which can be spread on top of the Shila and the two ends can be brought towards the base in the front of the Shree Shaligram Shila as demonstrated in the picture. This cloth is very nicely designed with golden or silver thread 'Zari' carving. The carving depicts feather of the peacock or any other item pertaining to Lord Vishnu or Krishna. These cloths are available in several colours like red, blue, green, orange, yellow and several other colours. The Shaligram cloth by virtue of its exotic design and excellent colour combination used will definte give a different look which you will find most attractive. Since the Shree Shaligram cloth is not a very expensive item, it is recommended to keep 3 or 4 differnt colours cloths which can be changed on daily basis or as per the convenience.
