Terms and Condition for Purchasing Items from Shaligram.com

    Shaligram.com has a very clearcut refund policy form the products with which the customers are not satisfied. At Shaligram.com we believe in total 'customer satisfaction', 'ethical business' and top quality products for our esteemed customers. Following are the terms and conditions for the purchase and refund(if any) for the items taken from Shaligram.com

1. At Shaligram.com we make all efforts to put accurate information, pictures, data etc but there could be mistakes due to human errors in data entry . If you encounter any information in our catalogue or site that is inaccurate, please inform us at shaligram8@yahoo.com
2. We have a "return policy" on all purchases if there is dissatisfaction of any kind at the customer end if goods are returned to us within 2 weeks of purchase . However shipping charges would not be refunded .
3. Shaligram.com will try to satisfy all the customers by clearing all doubts through emails or by sending pictures. If after receiving goods, the customer does'nt like the quality of goods or the goods received are in damaged condition, the customer are fully authorised to return the goods by the fastest available means at the website address mentioned in 'contact us ' section. Shaligram.com will refund the shipping charges along with the value of goods actual paid on production of the receipt from the courier company in its totality. However if the customer does'nt return the goods with in two weeks of receipt of items and does a charge back also, the Shaligram.com will proceed with criminal proceedings against such customer.
4. For the items having website price of less than $ 5 USD, are not required to be retuned if sent to any country other than India. However, in India the items having website price less than Rs. 100 are not required to be returned back. The Shaligram.com will refund the amount on the basis of the email of a dissatisfied customer.
5. All customers of Shaligram.com are entitled for the exchange of product if they are not satisfied with the product on its receipt. They need to return the product back to Shaligram.com with in two weeks of receipt of item as mentioned above in clause 3. They are also entitled to order a different product with approx. same value or higher value upto 2 % of the product value without paying anything more. They are also entitled to order different product with a higher value provided they pay the difference of the price minus the shipping charges they spent in shipping the product back to Shjaligram.com. This product will be despatched/ shipped free of cost.
6. Under copyright law, company will not permit posting, copying, downloading, uploading, transmission, retransmission, distribution, redistribution, publication, republication, recompilation, disassembling or other modification or commercial exploitation of any proprietary material made available through shaligram.com
7. The company is not affiliated with sites that may be linked to Shaligram.com through hypertext. The company has not control over, and is not responsible for, the content on any linked site. The linked sites are provided for user convenience only and you access at your own risk.
8. The company will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special and consequential damages.
