4) What are the rules for wearing Rudraksha?
You should energise your rudraksha from a brahmin pandit in a Shiv temple and then wear your energised rudraksha for first time immediately after its Pran Prathistha puja. You should remember that every time you remove or wear the rudraksh (after its puja) say om-namah-shivaya mantra minimum 3 times or 11 times.
