Lord Vishnu also changed his form as Venkatesh and reached Padmavati. God proposed in front of Padmavati as Goddess accepted.

Vishnu Ji took a lot of money from Kubera, considering Lord Shiva and Brahma Ji as witnesses to solve the problem of money for the marriage. This debt led to the marriage of Lord Vishnus Venkatesh Rupa and Padmavati as Goddess Lakshmi, which was an unprecedented marriage. After marriage, Lord started living on the hills of Tirumala, while taking a loan from Kubera, God promised that by the end of Kali Yuga, he will repay all his debt.
